which symptoms leads to the suspicion on cancer, what are the common and specific symptoms, which no one should ignore

It depends on what and where in the body you are talking about. And also note that not all cancers will kill you. Some are very easily treated and folks live a very very long and healthy life without complications. Having said that, headaches that won't go away, personality changes, excessive unexplained weight loss / weight gain / sleepiness and lethargy, lumps that are HARD AND FIXED (not squishy and easily moved). Blood counts that are highly abnormal, fever ... etc. A lot of these are also symptoms for a lot of other disease though. If you have any of those symptoms, you should get checked out regardless as like i said, they can be other health problems.

You can get cancer in any part of the body.

Cancers in different parts will have different symptoms, too many to list here.

Many cancers have NO symptoms until they are fairly well progressed.

Regular physicals can help detect cancer in early stages.

It really depends on what type of cancer. Different types have different symptoms. But common would probably be tenderness, swollen lymph nodes, lump, redness.

well, one very distint symom that happens with all kinds of cancer is u die!!!! but thats not that helpfulby then.... other than u having a lump somewhere it wasnt before, it just depends on the kind of cancer.... i suggest u test for cancer maybe every yearor so.... some cancers just pop up.....sry i uoldnt be of more help
