For the last week or so I've had a really weird ache / feelings of pressure in my left temple on my head. It feels like the vein is throbbing. It seems to last all day and gets quite achy towards the end of the day. Its not paint ful, just weird. Just wondered what it might be?

Sounds like a sinus infection to me! That happens to me all the time! You should get it checked out by your Doc before it does get painful, it isn't very nice if it keeps recurring like mine does! Or you could just be coming down with the beginnings of flu? There's a lot of it going around at the moment.

Sounds like a MILD Migraine. Migraine literaly means half head, if it's on both sides its NOT a migraine. They last for up to about a weak, you may notice s slight light or sound sensitivity. The best over the counter med is ibuorophen also called advil as it reduces the swelling that causes the pain as well as the pain. I hope yours don,t get worse

It's probably your sinuses. Do you have any other symptoms? Also allergies can cause the symptom's your describing. I would go to the doctor you maybe starting to get a sinus infection.

Well contact with your doctor mostly, because the doctor may know what to let it not be aching. Try to rest more and not let your head get more pressure

It sure sounds like a migraine. The only way to be sure as to what you are suffering from is to get a proper diagnosis.
