the correct phrase is "Querer es poder" and I think that the equivalent in English is "Where there's a will there's a way"...if you really want to achieve/get something you'll find a way to do it.
Hope it helps =)

It's misspelled.. most likely it's querer es poder. Like someone said though, it's probably a Spanish version of, "where there's a will, there's a way". The exact translation of that is, "to want, is power".

Hi!
Musa & Medusa (your first answerer) is right ;)
The expression is "QUERER es poder", and it would be equivalent to the English saying: "Where there's a will there's a way".

The literal translation of "Querer es poder" would be "To want is to be able to".

Goodluck!

It means that if you want you can. Something like "to want is to be able". Or the song "anything you want, you get it". Anyway, it's written "querer es poder"

The meaning is: "Where there's a will there's a way" , even though it is not a literal translation.

It is Querer es poder, OK.

if you mean "querer", then it literally means "To want is to can", or possibly, "To want is to be able to". The second definition is probaby what you mean, and seems to say if you want it, you can do it.
