You need to talk to her. You should demand that she stop cheating on your brother or you need to tell him. It's not fair for him to live his life oblivious to her actions. I wonder if she's thought of it like this---She's not just cheating on her husband, but on her family and yes, that does include her children.
Personally, I don't know how you've kept from kicking her butt--unless of course, you don't like your brother.
Good luck with this one.

There's a lot riding on this. I think that you should tell your brother because he is bound to find out anyway. If you tell your sister-in-law, she may bar you from seeing your brother and the children. You will be ostracized as she will just deny it and accuse you of starting trouble. However, if you quietly tell your brother your concerns, then at least he can confront her with it. You need to think of the children in this case. If you know she's having an affair, then so do other people. You don't want the children to hear about this from other kids, or adults. That would devastate them...

Wow, that's tough. Keep in mind that once you involve yourself in your brother's marriage there's no getting out of it, so please be absolutely 100% sure this affair is happening. I would not confront my sister in law, but would go right to my brother. Tell him you are concerned because there has been talk around the office about his wife and another man and you thought he should know. I would also tell your brother you have not spoke to his wife about this. Tell him you love him and are quite concerned and let him take it from there. He may already have his own suspicions.

Before you do anything, make sure it's a fact. If you find out that it's a fact then speak to her about it and tell her that you won't sit by and watch your brother get hurt. Tell her that her "pleasures" will not only hurt your brother and their marriage, but the children also. Encourage her to tell her husband and decide what is more important to her - her love affair or her marriage. Tell her that if she doesn't tell him, then you will (and you should tell him if she doesn't). It's hurting him more not knowing that it will if he knows. If you don't tell him then someone else is deciding his future. He could be at risk for diseases, and he probably wants to know the TRUTH, not just what she wants him to know. But as I said before, make sure it's the truth first.

Wow this is a hard question. First of all don't accuse her unless you know 100% percent that she is cheating. If you already know 100% then she should talk to her and see what's going on.

tell your brother b/c if he finds out that you even had a clue you will be on the bad list. if you can't get mom to or write him a note, send smoke signals. you are protecting your sister in law and screwing your bro. and your niece(s)/nephew(s) too. don't protect her. i would beat my sister's down if i found out they had such information and did not come to me with it. i just got on to both of them for not talking be out of getting a tattoo of my husband's name (who has since walked out on me and our child after 10.5 years). instead they said well we didn't want to burst your bubble. well h*ll it's busted now is it not? i'll tell him for ya.
