Yes you will either die or get really sick.

I doubt you'll die, you might lose weight but after the month is over you'll put it all back on again and a bit extra on top so frankly I wouldn't bother. If you seriously want to lose weight you need to make permanent changes to your lifestyle, ones you can live with. Otherwise you're wasting your time and making yourself miserable for nothing

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

don't do it!!!!! If you want to lose weight slide fruits and vegetables into your diet and gradually cut back on junk food. Get thirty minutes of exersice everyday(run around a house, run up a hill, aerobics, swimming, cycling, etc). Don't just switch to a no calorie diet and starve yourself-that's not a good thing!! Be sure to eat a healthy meal-that means meat!!!!!!!

your metabolism will probably slow down alot. Try to eat small meals often and proportion all your proteins and carbs so that you have a healthy diet. Lettuce and apples will not give you the proper protein nor carbs your body needs. In fact, it will think you are starving and start to hoard all the fat - causing your metabolism to slow down and you wont burn any fat. Be careful!!!

You won't die but you won't keep the weight off either. This is something that is very hard to stick to for a month. Exercise and watch your fat and calories and drink lots of water.

You may lose weight, but you'll gain it right back when you eat normal food again.

Your body needs food to grow, repair and ward off illness. Why would you hate yourself so much to do such damage?

I have an incurable illness. I can't understand why someone would do such a stupid thing to their body.
