Well, you may need to do a bit. Buy some potatoess, wash and prick them, you can either put them in saran wrap and microwave, or put them in the oven and bake at 350 for @hour.
I do this two ways, cool then slice them in half scooping the middle out, save the potatoe to put the middle back in. In a bowl put the middle of the potatoesss in along with salt, pepper, sour cream or mix up some ranch dip, add butter and bacon bits with sharp or mild cheddar cheese. Mix all of it up like a loaded potatoe. You can stuff the potatoe halves or just put in a casserole dish and cover with more cheese, All you need to do is let everything heat together and bam, It really tastes good. This is super easy, You can mix and play around with it and and more ingredients or change them up. I am making one myself, my 15 yr old, it is her favorite. Have a blessed day.

I am a big salad fan-- I suggest a pasta salad: some kind of fresh ravioli with good mixed greens, avocado, tomato, olives, artichoke hearts, green beans, croutons, hard boiled eggs and (maybe) bacon bits-- broccoli and cauliflower and cucumbers are also welcome. Also a few grapes..
Or you could do a fresh fruit salad and add the fruit to fresh lettuces, and get a couple of complimenting salad dressings.
