you SHOULD TAKE PROPER DIET,WHICH SHOULD CONTAIN THINGS WHICH ARE RICH IN IRON.pALAK,BRINJAL,RAM TORI,ETC AND ALSO TAKE PROTINEX MIXED WITH MILK IN DAILY DIET.

Common causes may include nutritional deficiency and/or chronic loss of blood due to bleeding piles, stomach ulcers, heavy periods in women, hookworm infestation, etc. More serious causes like serious blood disorders, drug toxicity, metal poisoning, cancer etc also have to be kept in mind.

Get yourselves checked by a competent physician who will be able to identify the cause and help you easily.

Meanwhile deworm yourselves, take iron supplements, high protein diet with plenty of leafy vegetables and lead an active healthy life.

First of all find the cause for the deficiency.
If nutritional then eat plenty of iron rich foods like spinach, liver , meat ;get deworming done, always wear slippers while walking outside.
Deficiency can occur in other conditions like bleeding disorders like hemophilia, haemolytic anaemia etc. where transfusion may be required.

Are you feeling weak? It can be tested and some times it will correct itself. If you have bleeding problem of any kind then see a doctor now. If you have not seen one then see one.

Take iron tablet, they are over the counter, make sure you buy water soluble kind only. You must drink a Gallon of liquid in a day most of it in pure water form.

Eat lots of green leafy vegetables. If it is too low then you will have to take in iron supplements . Some people have gastric disturbances when taking iron, so be sure you don't have this before you take iron supplements, or select one that is suitable for your metabolism.

Low hemoglobin may be as simple as an iron deficiency and as serious as a blood disorder. The doctor who told you that your hemoglobin is low should tell you what you can to to correct that. Call him/her and ask.

Low haemoglobin is mainly due to low iron. take more iron containing food, or iron supplements.

im assuming you mean hemaglobin..a deficiency of hemaglobin is an anemia..anemias can be caused by many things..the most common cause in otherwise healthy people is iron deficincy or bleeding..such as a heavy menstrual cycle in women..iron supplements can be beneficial

u r having iron deficiency.eat 2 bananas a day,spinach is also reach in iron.it will certainly resolve ur problem.in 2 weeks.
