"Heat Seal" from Paul Mitchell is AWESOME !!!!! it has the heat protection you need ,has humidity resistence , is a leave in conditioner & adds ton of shine !!it's only like $1.50 more than thermasilk but works 10 times better !! & if you use it with Super Skinny Serum also from Paul Mitchell your hair feels & stays incredibly healthy ,shiney & smooth !!!!!! hope this helps !!!

Thermasilk is a cheaper brand that helps to protect against heat damage. They have a conditioning spray that smells pretty good and works great. There is a deep conditioner though called KERASILK that works wonders for damaged hair. You put it on wet hair, leave it in as long as you want (the longer the better), then rinse, and your hair will feel so healthy and look great too. You can find that at any beauty supply store.

I use Pantene anti-frizz serum. It's great. My hair is just below my shoulders and very thick. I use about a 50 cent piece size in my hand and rub my hands together and run it through my hair. Works great!

Good luck
