Considering that when I was a member there most of the guys working out were gay, I would think they're doing just fine.

It would depend on whether they're trying to promote swinging or nudism. The latter assumes that naked bodies should be a matter of indifference while the former doesn't. It's the difference between being naked and nekkid.
