A) To invent a concept such as God and in order for It to be true, it simply needs to be disproved by me? In other words...Because I can not disprove it, proves it.
or
b) To claim a concept such as God and the claimee needs to show hard, solid evidence for such a concept to be true?

B, the burden of proof belongs on the one making the claims. Insane people can claim to see all sorts of things that don't exist.
