yes you can you need a converter

you will need a GPS reciever and special software for your laptop. As for the power you can buy an adapter which converts your car 12v into a normal plug socket which you can plug your laptop into.

Sat Nav is only Â£200 now, so I'd just buy one of those... takes up less room in your car too!
