I would stick with the Paprika chicken but ditch the spuds and gravy. Try a rice or orzo pasta dish and a simple green salad.

Herbed Rice Pilaf
2 cups uncooked long grain rice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
DIRECTIONS
In a skillet, saute rice, celery and onion in butter until the rice is lightly browned and the vegetables are tender. Spoon into a greased 2-qt. casserole. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 50 minutes or until the rice is done.

Orzo and Veggies
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large white onion, chopped
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1 large tomato, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can corn, drained
2 tablespoons minced garlic
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (16 ounce) package dried orzo pasta
DIRECTIONS
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, jalapeno, and red, green, and yellow peppers. Pour in white wine; cook 5 minutes. Stir in tomato, corn, garlic, and mushrooms; cook 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook orzo according to package directions. Drain, and toss orzo with sauteed vegetables.

I dont think I would like gravy with parmesan - Not looked at the website recipe but unless its a sauce and not gravy I would not fancy it.

How about basil pesto pasta with the chicken?

try a little wasabie in the mashed potatoes since its tangy hot flavor goes well the rest of the spices that you are using

Sounds delightful. When do we eat?

What about a beautiful salad with lots of vegies in it?

bon apetit
