Did you call the groomer? I would get in touch with the manager or owner of the shop first. Take pictures of the cat and if you have taken her to the vet for her ear, get copies of all the reports and money spent.

I would call the doctor if you haven't already and tell him what happened. I would think that if she had the tip of her ear cut off there is pain involved. She should probably be seen by the doctor anyway, to have him give her the once over to make sure she's ok.

She's probably traumatized by what happened. It may take her a while to get back to herself. And I doubt she'll be cooperative in going to the groomer again too.

You can complain to the Better Business Bureau I would think.

Good luck, hope your kitty is better soon.

Your now not a undesirable puppy proprietor. some cats are merely companies to matting no be counted how stressful you attempt (I even have one like that, too). At sixty 3 stages she would get chilly with out the mass of fur yet once you furnish her with an enclosed variety of mattress she ought to be merely high quality. Im uncertain if the different cat will provide her difficulty or now not so save a particular watch on them the two. She would sulk or be solitary for a collectively as yet interior the long-term she will in all probability take exhilaration in now not having all that artwork to do for a collectively as.

I'd definitely complain, right now. See a vet about her ear, and tell the groomer you expect them to pay for it. Her whiskers should grow back in time but she will have problems getting about until then. Cats use their whiskers to help them judge distance, without them she will be very disorientated.

That is terrible. Call them immediately and complain, and take the kitty to the vet.
