a friend of mine is devoriced and her x is harrassing her at work over the phone and he is drinking again can someone tell me who to talk to to get ahold of his parol officer?

If he is harassing her she doesn't need to talk to his parole officer. If she calls the police and reports what is happening they will most likely take care of it for her if he is breaking his parole.

Start by asking at the local oink shop, would be my suggestion.
