and it is not helping me at all. Does anybody know what I can do?

call your doc for a refill.if you cant get thru go to the er they may give you a temporary refill,until you see your doc.i get migraines and its terrible!! hope you feel better soon

If your body is accustomed to hydrocodone less potent medications are not likely to work. The combination of 3 ibuprofen 200 mg and 3 acetaminophen 325 mg taken together 4 times daily is as good as it gets but it is not likely to work so I would call your physician for a refill of the hydrocodone. Please remember that there are almost always better options to prevent headaches than to treat them with hydrocodone.

As long as you don't exceed 2400 mg of ibuprofen in a 24h period you're good. I know that Advil Migraine helps with me.

Figure out what is causing the headaches, and stop that. All that medication does is mask the problem. Get rid of the problem, and you won't need the drugs.

Do not take more ibuprofen...bad for the liver.
they will usually kick in in about 30 minutes. lie down and rest quietly until they do.

go lye in dark room,noise free and try to relax,if ha is that bad can you not call your Md or go to er.Good luck.? why did you run out of your med?
