Skipped period but negative test?

I am 3 days late on my period. My stomach has started to get bigger too. If I got pregnant , it would have happened about 2 weeks ago when I was ovulating. I only weigh 105 now, so that could be why I may be showing already. I took a pregnancy test before i missed my period, negative. I took another test the same day I skipped, Negative. I want to take another one, but I dont want to waste my money if it will just show up negative. I have always been reguI just stopped taking the orthoevra birthcontrol patch and this should be my first period since. I think Im pregnant. A lot of the signs are there. I need advice!

I would wait another day or two and then try again, it could be your body readjusting itself after the birthcontrol. If it helps you any I used the first response test and it worked great for me, I found a two pack at walmart for about the same price as one for some of the other brands.

You are probably not pregnant! After you get off any type of birthcontrol your bodies hormones will be "out of whack" as described by my doctor and it should be very expected for a couple months to not have normal periods.
There is still a tiny chance you are pregnant so wait for one week , then get tested again adn make sure you do it first thing when you wake up.
And as for the stomach getting bigger, it does not grow that fast !!! geezz...its no bigger than a cashew right now even if you were pregnant. it certainly wouldn't be showing.
you are probably just bloating since u are about to start.

If you are pregnant, your tummy is bigger because of bloating, caused by the influx of hormones, not baby. And give your body some time to generate the appropriate amount of hormone - testing 2 or 3 times in the same day is just wasting your money. Give yourself at least another 3 days and try again. You may not be pregnant at all, too. Stopping birth control is enough to do this all on its own.

If you've taken 2 tests and both have come out negative but you still think you may be pregnant, I'd suggest going to your doctor. If the urine test still shows negative, he should be able to do a blood test. That would show without a doubt whether or not you're pregnant. Good Luck!

Wait 2 more weeks then take the test again. This is very commom in pregnancies. I had 2 friends this happend to they both took tests that were neg and took them again in 2 weeks and they were pregnant sometimes it takes a while to show up

With you just getting off the patch, your periods will be a little irregular for awhile, til your body adjusts without it. I would get it a week and then take another..good luck

i would go to the doctors. i did pregnant test and i kept getting negative i did 3 but all said i was not pregnant. it was not until the doctor did a blood test that i knew i was pregnant so please go to the doctor a blood test can not be wrong good luck

Try going see a doctor! They might beable to tell you if you are! You might be too early for the test to show up positive! Good Luck!
