Hi, it's on canvas and it depicts a humanoid character with long hair who's just bitten off the arm of a human who also has lost it's head and other arm. The monster-like character is about five times the size of it's victim. I think it may be depicting hell.

lots of surrealist,symbolic painters depicted life as a death struggle between good and evil monsters or giants figure aplenty is there any markings given to identity at all, is it old, how is framed, how is it painted, what is the medium, is the medium well executed, this info may give you or someone on the site a better description of the work and the artist, also you may want to give the country of your residency.
