Ok, for the past 3 years, I have been friends with this girl. She has had a boyfriend the entire time. Their relationship has been off and on, they argue and are rarely ever happy together. She goes off to college and thats where we start to get more than friends. I couldn't hide my feeling anymore so I told her everything. How i was crazy for her and how she was the most beautiful, perfect person in the world.

Although we never became a couple, we did go on dates. Kissed a few times, nothing really serious. Well, time goes by and we kid about getting married and having kids. Her friends and roomates are convinced that we are made for eachother. Everything is perfect.

So I thought.

She goes home from school one weekend. I try to make plans with her but shes just to busy. Of course im bumed out, but i deal with it. That monday, i recieve a phone call that she is getting back together with her ex. She said it was because she needs to get over him. I'm told to wait.

If she loves you she will come back on the right terms or not at all.
Women are fickle. They have to know one door is closed before opening the next. THat is just the way it is.
Let her have her space. Meanwhile open your eyes to the world around you, Have you been overlooking someone who may feel about you the way you have felt about your freind?
Give it a shot.

haven't you already waited 3 years? i always used to wait while stuff wasn't right, you should move on with it. i on and off waited for 4 years in high school then ended up meeting someone new in college, who i eventually married. but, stupid me, thinking that the person I'd waited for all of that time would support me, was a bit upset that I'd found someone new and wasn't giving her all of my attention. i guess if i were smart i could have found a way to make up for lost time but at that point it was already a long distance type of situation.

if it were really there then she'd take advantage of what little time she can get with you while she's home from college. then again in college people become more experienced and their needs change, so chances are she isn't the same girl you knew growing up anyway.

She is getting back wit her boyfriend so that she can forget him? That's the stupidest thing i have heard.Obviously she hadnt gotten over her boyfriend in the first place do not waste your time by waiting u may love her but she does not have her priorities straight. If she really wanted to get over him she should have told him she has a boyfriend and she wants nothing to do with him.

The Game is silly, but you have to play to win. I'd say call her in a few days, just say hi (don't ask any questions) and leave it alone. Then let her get back in touch with you, even if it takes a week or two.

I wouldn't sit around and wait for her without doing your own thing. Date other girls, do your thing, and if its meant to be, she'll be back. But if you sit and wait for her, she's gonna know (or think)that you'll ALWAYS be there and she will walk all over you. Pick up and move on and when she realizes that you might be happy w someone else, she will crawl back (that's if u still want her by then)

well if she leaving u 4 some1 else than i don't think she want'z 2 b w/ u but that'z just my opinion. but if u think about it, most likely it'z not gonna work out if u already know that the relationship b-tween her and her ex doesn't really last that long. i really don't know wat else 2 tell u but " just let her go cuz if she chooses some1 that won't treat her right, over u than u don't really need her. if she can't c that u r willing 2 b there 4 her than bump her and 4get about it and get ur self 2gether and find some1 who will appreciate u. well let me know how it workz out. here'z my e-mail: jamaricanmamita@yahoo.com (of course) LOL bye and good luck. e-mail me back. : - )

YOU SHOULD WAIT.

I think she is confused... that's why she got back with her ex...give her time... as the way i've read it, i think she is happier with you, and i think she loves you more... so don't worry... i'm 95% sure that she will come back for you...

besides, if you really love her that much (as the way i understood it) then you'll never forget her... you have no choice but to WAIT.

Wait. Maybe she wants to get out of her relationship with her ex bf in a graceful way.
