how can one know if is allergic to something ???

Well first of all there are alot of indoor and outdoor allergies.
It all depends on what catergory your relating to.
Afood allergy will make your throat itch and sometimes causefacial swelling,itching of the ears&throat,skin rash,itchy skin,and a DR should be seeked IMMEDIATELY,this can drop your blood pressure and sometimes fatal even leading to death.
Other allergies can be symptoms including:watery eyes,itchy throat,runny nose,itchy nose,skin rashes,nasal congestion,dry mouth,sneezing,fever,etc: its best to keep yor dr. informed as he can treat what allergy you have.Sometimes OTC drugs are not as good as what a DR. can prescribe!

Doctors who are allergy specialists, test you for groups of known allergens like weeds, trees, dust, cats and dogs, and food. A small portion of the allergen is put under with skin with a small needle. If a reaction occurs, you are allergic to that specimen.
This is the only way to know for sure. It might be good to keep a journal of the items that bother you so the doctor can test for these allergens first.

food or product? You can go to an allergist and get a scratch test done, or if its an everyday product, just put it up to your nose. You'll learn quickly if you're allergic.

Go to an allergist and have skin tests done thats the only way to know for certain.

You can go see a doctor to be tested.
Then if you are they can give you medicine to take like shots or pills for it. It does not take to long getting tested so go see your doctor about it. Good Luck
