Put it in a large container, your roasting pan works, then put that in your sink. Run the COLD water slowly over the bird for a few hours. You can also do this in your just cleaned bathtub. Let the bird in the tub, don't need the pan, put the plug in and just keep an aye on it to make sure your overflow drain works good.

As long as you can get the giblets and neck out of the cavities, you should have no problem cooking the turkey. I've done it and it came out quite juicy, and only took about 1/2 an hour longer.

It should be thawed out by now. I put mine in the friday on sunday and it was thawed out quite a bit yesterday already. Take it out of the wrapper and set in cold water in the sink and change water every hour. I would do this today.

Place the turkey in a clean sink and allow cool water to run over it all day to help thaw it out.

i bet its not as frozen as you think. anyway fill a clean sink with cold water and let it sit in it for an hour or 2. it will get thawed pretty quick and even if its not completely thawed, you will still be able to cook it.

The "quicker defrost method" is to place the turkey in a clean sink full of cold water and change the water every 30 minutes until defrosted. Good luck!

Place in the sink with cold water. Also check your temp on your fridge. It may be too cold.

Put in cold water and it should defrost faster. So keep it out of the fridge.
