Is vinegar considered the same as alcohol to muslims?

Some Vinegars are not allowed as they have alcohol content,Balsamic is the best to use.

vinegar is not intoxicating,
so its not

unless a pure alcohol, and u put something inside it to change into vinegar, then it is not allowed.
