The best way to sleep is by sleeping on your stomach. If you sleep on your back, you are just causing more pain putting all you weight onto your back. So sleep on your stomach, drink water, and you will feel just find.

there are many factors like: if you eat or drink before to go sleep,if you are living an emotional situation whatever remember that we have a nervous system in the back,so the better posture is side(right ),but take care about all the things that you do and you are living before to go sleep.

I know how you feel. I have scoliosis which is curvature of the spine. I have problems sleeping at night. i found it easier to sleep on my side or on my side with a pillow between my knees. I wake up in the morning not hurting at all.

Drink more water and get a heating pad...like the old days when grandma was around. I found out that the old remedies help out more than the new stuff. Also Excedrint pain killers

I too have the same thing happen. I use a pillow either under or between my legs. It seems to help quite a bit for me.
