Dennis,

I have read your previous question. Based on the information you gave there plus what is here I suggest the following.

Start Firefox and install the IE View extension in:
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/35/

Restart Firefox. Go to the website you want to download from. Once there, right click on the webpage and select:

View this page in IE

If you wish to uninstall Firefox, dump it into "trash" and empty
trash. By the way, before doing so check under "help" and click
on Firefox updates. If you have done so, why don‘t you download
Firefox 2.0 and try it out? It is the best.

Your "question" is totally unclear as to what you are attempting to do. The vast majority of we responders have no clue what your original query was.

If you need help you need to make things clear to the readers/responders.
Your sentences are cryptic and do not state anything regarding what it is that you are trying to do/accomplish.

If you really want some help, edit your question and take the time to make it clear by using the proverbial who, what, when, and where questions to clarify your situation. All it will take is a few extra keystrokes to clarify things so we can help you.

Hope this helps.
