How old are you and how tall are you?

80 Kgs does not sound like you really need to lose weight that much at all. For an average adult male (not "mail") 80 kgs is quite a good weight. But the walking will be good for your health anyway.

If you want to walk everyday then at a minimum - half an hour and don't over do it. No more than an hour will be plenty if it is everyday. But also enjoy it, don't make it too serious. And eat good food.

i would rather not to suggest you to walk as you will tends to hydrate more. yes, you'll loose weight, but you would be likely to gain more than that within seconds after you finish your walk. it is better to do other burn out calories-activities such as swimming. yes, you still can walk but you have to control your food input after tie activities.
