sweet, good people do a lot of bad things. but their conscious gets the best of them or they won't proceed with those things when the situation presents itself. sweet people will present themselves in a way that is meant to convince that other person that it is otherwise, but what they say and do isn't always consistent.
if someone really isn't sweet, they won't have much to say one way or the other. it means a lot to me, and i waste a lot of time trying to figure out for myself exactly what type of person I'm dealing with before i move on, which has, or has not, always worked out for me, for what i wanted at that time, but it's kept me out of trouble.
you can't just say that because a person has done a few questionable things that they don't care about you or aren't for the most part a good person. but how they handle it, or how indifferent they are about that type of behavior to begin with is about the only thing that is going to tell you whether they're sweet or not.
