Well...I am a regular coffee drinker and I also drink tea and coke. Is it bad if I take centrum regularly and continue with my drinking caffine?

It is not a real problem.

One thing you will notice though is that you will actually feel better if you stop your vitamins for a week, cut down your caffeine a bit, then restart taking them.

This will let you feel the vitamin B kick in, and you will get that energy burst that using caffeine provides - only it lasts alot longer.

Also centrum is a good all round vitamin, but realy you should talk to a professional and have a vitamin program tailored to you. Then you will really see a major difference.

Well, concidering Centrum is one of lowest-grade vitamins available, and really doesn't do much of anything in the first place, it's fine.

Vitamins are not going to have in negative reactions with caffine. It would be similar to asking if eating broccoli with your coffee was a bad idea.
