If your weigh-in is a full 4 hours before the match, I would go VERY light on all diet until that point. Not too much roughage (salads and such) or fiber (fruits and nuts, grains) as you will bloat and you do NOT want your bowels in an uproar during a match.
Tonight, I suggest eating several small meals of pasta and high protein. Chicken or tuna and pasta is great, but make it several smaller meals. Tomarrow, I would not eat a darned thing until the weigh-in. AFTER the weigh-in I would load up on natural sugars from fruits, potatoes (higher potassium than banannas- aids in keeping cramps down) and easily digested proteins (do NOT hit McDonald's). I also suggest some energy drinks and caffeine pills- not enough to make you jittery, but enough to keep the cobwebs at bay.
This should help you make weight but also give you enough sustained energy for any ring activity.

tip for the fight- know his weaknesses if he has a weak part on his body for example: i realized when i was fighting a girl in a competition that she had a weakness in her kicks the only way to block an apchaghi (a type of punch) is a kick so i did loads and she fell onb her butt!
GOOD LUCK AND BE CONFIDENT!XX

The thing is, don't eat anything unusual. Fights last a matter of minutes, so carb loading isn't a particular concern. But if you eat something that disagrees with you, or that your body isn't used to consuming at that time of day, a gut-ache will deliver you into the hands of your oponent swiftly.
The night before isn't a time to try something new!
Best of luck!

A nut roast! The nuts will give you tons of energy, released slowly. Have some lean meat with it such as chicken or fish. Also, porridge and bananas will give you loads and loads of slow released energy!!
