Cellulite is partly genetic and partly depends on if you were overweight in the past. There really aren't any good ways to get rid of it. You may be able to tone your muscles up and make the cellulite look more firm. I know a lot of people keep a year round tan so their cellulite looks better but I would rather have cellulite then increase my risk of skin cancer.

if anyone really had a cure for cellulite they would be a millionaire, its just one of those things, some people have big arms, some big legs, some cellulite. Yes exercise and diet can only help, and surgery is very harsh. Look at jerry hall all the money she has for surgery and personal trainers and she still has lots of cellulite. Stick with the good eating plan and exercise and dont worry, cover it up. Mind you demi moore changed her shape, with mega exercise and prob surgery, its very very hard work.

Hi,
My wife used to have a lot of cellulite too. I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

I think surgery is the only way. Are you sure it's that bad? Maybe you are a little hard on yourself when you look in the mirror? Most women are, you know.
