There are a few pills that work temporarily but long term use (30 days or more) can cause serious medical problems down the road. Find a natural and healthy weight loss plan. I know there are hundreds out there but ask questions and remember everyone is different so results vary. I am on a weight loss plan that is natural and healthy and I have had very good results. I'm 45 and getting my life and health back. Best of luck in reaching your hearts desire

Hey, it's almost New Years. What a great time to make a resolution to lose weight! I wish you the best of luck in it.
You really have to look at two areas of your life and adjust them to match your goals:
* Diet
* Exercise
You simply can't get around these two facts. You have to consume fewer calories than you burn each day to loose weight. So if you don't change your diet, then you'll have to exercise more. Frankly, it's easier to adjust both things. Eat less, or eat smarter and exercise moderately. You don't have to go overboard. A 20 minute walk around the block is exercise.
Find someone who can share the goal with you. Another overweight friend who will walk with you. That helps a lot. You can encourage each other.
Here are a few other resources that might be helpful to you:

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Weight loss pills tend to work by speeding your metabolism, making you pee/excrete more! Not nice. They may speed up your weight loss but you also need to try really hard too. Lots of exercise and an extremely healthy diet. However, with this you probably won't even need the pills. Taking them without a diet and exercise plan is worthless, they won't do a thing. Unfortunately there is no quick way to shift 10 kilograms other than hard work and determination! x

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

None. Once you quit taking them, the weight comes back on again. And you can't take these pills forever. Believe me, I know from experience. It took me 1 1/2 years but I lost 30 lbs. I did it by no snacking between meals and after supper. And I walk every day. You can do it too. I'm rooting for you!

I asked my doctor the same thing once. She was an obese woman. She said to me "If there was a diet pill that worked, I would be the first one to take them!". I have reached the age where I know that there is none.
It makes sense that you have to do the exact opposite of what made you gain weight in the first place. Think about it.

Diet pills are not always the answer. For most, once a person takes himself or herself off of it, he or she gains weight again.
I would recommend diet and exercise as the most efficient and long-lasting weight loss.
