Yes, but it's best to apply only to the dryest areas like the tips. The exposure to the scalp could cause your hair to become oilier, but depends on whether you're naturally prone.

Best not to. If next to the scalp, the conditioner weighs the hair down and leaves it looking limp and heavy.

Conditioner is not meant for the scalp...it is only useful for the hair.....if you wanna apply something on your scalp or if your scalp is dry then try putiing on a little olive oil...and then wash it off in the morning.

warning! applying such thing in the head may cause dandruft. eeeeeee!!!! you dont want that to happen..
