I've had the same problem and with me it has worked (I've lost 20 pounds in 2 months):
1.- Eat just a bit (-10/15%) less of all what you're used to eat but avoid McDonalds meals and any fast food in general.
3.- Eat quite a lot of vegetables (carrot, salade, celery, etc), better if without any seasoning (as maximum half coffeespoon of olive oil 2 times a day). They will satisfy your hunger with a very low calories load.
4.- Go 3 times a week to a swimming-pool and stay there swimming (even not in continuous) for at least 1 hour; as an alternative if you can walk quickly (I can't) you should do that for at least half an hour any 2 days (itsn't necessary to run or jogging, just walk rapidly). That's it.
Good luck.

I started walking every day to feel better because I sit all day at my job. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I didn't plan on the weight loss but it was cool. I'm not sure this will help. But to clarify: I walk between 2 and 4 miles each day, and I walk as fast as I can the entire time.
The first few days I was really sore afterwards, but that let me know how out of shape I was that "walking" would cause me to ache.
I have since quit smoking without the fear of gaining weight. I walk while I think about chocolate chip cookies or whatever comes to my mind because I know I can eat it without worrying about gaining weight.
Good luck

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Remember to eat right, not less. I lost about 10 lbs by cutting out all 'useless' sugar. I drink only water, no juices or diet sodas and I try to take a 30 minute walk everyday. Try cutting down on extras in food like no cheese on a sandwich, drink skim milk, eat fat free yogourt... If you cut out the little things, it will make a big difference.

i did that

no joke, and it was last year too when i was in year nine

i didnt eat any junk food and i pretty much made myself go to the gym every day, for at least half an hour. i weighed myself once a week and also made sure i was having breakfast and not making myself hungry

if you follow those guidelines i guarantee the weight loss

Cut down on junk food.Eat a good breakfast.Don't eat before you go to bed.And go for a jog every day(1/hr).But talk to your parents first. At that age your not fully developed yet and you could do permanent damage if not careful.
