ok im not fat or anything but i want to get a flat stomach and fast. im 13 and 110 pounds.im 5 foot and i just want to be able to bend over without 29 rolls of fat(exaterated but still). i also just want to beable to stop being so self consents like when i eat are people thinking"why is she eating that....she doesnt need that!" or like when im just sitting down some where are people thinking im fat....even a boy looked at me and had said "your thick,i like my girls think" or something along the lines of that....so can anyone help me with this goal......i dont care is i loss weight i just want a thin, thin stomach

i dont expect to get so thin like my friend is. i know it has to do with body stucture, like me i relize that i have bigger ribs,like i can littlerly touch the inside of them when i bend over but thats beyond the point. i know that i wont get the extra skinny i want but i do want like.....uuummm, i toned stomach,,,,,if you can help thats great, if not whatever. but yeah can you give me tips like exersice ball or what?(i dont have any tredmill or anything) but yeah could you give me like what i can do with out equipment and like how long to do them and like maybe exactly how to do it?....thanks!

another thing, i refuse to throw up my food. do you know what that does to your body? instead of being puddgy ill have a new problem...rotting teeth. and thats the one thing i love about me,my smile! also it screws up the digestive system and after a while you cant eat anything.then you die! nope no way! im not going anerxic either! so deal with it! lol

Depending on your body natural body shape you may never have that thin thin stomach you are hoping for. You only want it because someone else has it. You have seen someone really attractive with it- and you think it is feasable for you to have it too. Sadly you can try getting a personal trainer at a reputable gym and weightloss- but you certainly dont need it. I bet you could loose 30lbs and still have some features you dont like. And guess what? Guys dont like super skinny girls. They like girls with curves. Curves turn guys on. The older you get the more you will notice it- highschool guys dont know what they want. But Men, they want curves. Small stomach, round butt, hips wider than waist and some breasts. Take care of yourself- and try to be healthy and happy with what you have.

hey luv, u really don't need to be self conscious at your age. nobody is judging u on what u eat....trust me, most of them don't take notice or care. and don't take notice of some silly little boy's comments, it doesn't mean anything! i'm guessing at 13 u still might have some traces of puppy fat, so u just need to grow out of that and getting a flat stomach is gonna take some time, but i'll list a few eercises u can do! just pls pls pls pls don't stop eating!! that is the worst thing u can do for urself!

exercises:
1. tummy crunches
2. sit ups
3. bridging exercise
4. running also helps tone the hole body and is extremely good for your health!

First things first, learn to spell big words, after that just stop eating so much or better still make youself throw up a half hour after you eat that way you get all the good vitamins and sustinance from the food without turning into a fat little piggie..

dont be dis hearted.take a commitment stop eatingsweet fods ,choclates ,oily stuff. always take ur basic meals,if u r very fat(never mind)take 6 small meals a day instead of 3 heavy .do cardio Xersices &do ab crunches.visit bbc.co.uk.go to alphabetic menu,choose fitness.ull get lots of stuff.as u r growing.never cut urmeals or it will have side effects.feel good ,dont care abt people.but dont forget 2 b healthy its ur responsibility.take care b happy

you should try a low intensity aerobic workout (30-45 minute walk or slow jog) followed by some stomach and core exercises. if you want to email me in have documents detailing these exercises. hope this is of some help.
