Yes it is. Most foods are processed or have preservatives to make it last longer. But our lifestyle dictated that change. There is still healthy food out there, but no one has time to buy and cook fresh food everyday. There are just too many things going on. The best thing I did and what alot of people can do is stop eating fast food. That is the worst for you.

Yes! Reading labels is scary. There definitely seems to be a correlation to the rise in diabetes, heart disease & cancer rates and the industrialization of the American diet. But even trying to buy and prepare fresh foods is iffy due to the pestacides, hormones & drugs used in the production of many friuts, vegetables and meats.

Trying to eat healthy is expensive, natural, unprocessed & organic foods always cost more.

All we can hope for is our bodies to adapt to our environments at a fast pace and hopefully our own immune systems can then combat the crap we're forced to consume

Yes, if this is what your meals comprise of; that is basically canned and preserved foods. Canned and preserved foods add toxins to your body and cause it to slow down and to develop all kinds of diseases.

The best way is to lightly cook your food from scratch. As far as possible, consume vegetables and fruits fresh. Drink plenty of distilled or filtered water.

No as I always cook from scratch and only use fresh produce. The only thing out of a tin is the odd tin of beans. And a beer.
