You should respect what your parents say, but the point in having relationships is to see who might be your future husband, so stick with him, but be sneaky about it.

Sometimes parents are right but in this case it depends on how old you are and how many guys you been wit that you claimed you loved but in the end you really didn't. Maybe you should find out the reason your parents is so against him and if its a problem that can be fixed then tell him so he can fix it,but if he doesnt care about what they think or doesnt wanna respect that or them then theres your biggest problem.

My 10 year old friend has the same problem. She has a boyfriend. They've been going out for a while. She hasn't told her mom yet. She says she will. I think you should too, but wait for a week or two. You might break up before that and that would save a lot of awkwardness between you and your mom. If you don't break up then tell your mom, unless you fell too awkward.

Lots of times parents are right. Something is keeping them from believing this is a good situation for you, so find a way to correct that, and things may get better.

I REALLY hate to say this....[had so many parents, both mine and hers interfere over the years]

But if your under 18 or thereabouts, take what they say and have a good chew on it, and you may see their point.

But if you have been together for years, and have connected very well, then tell them to MYOB.

Your sure you know what love is 'yet'?

You don't even appear as though you are able to read and write correctly yet.....

Respect your parents. Afterall they do have more experience in life. B/F will come and go, but they will always be your parents. If you keep seeing him against parents wishes and they find out, you just lost their trust.

Pilot, just how do you follow your parents wishes while hiding what they have forbidden?

Don't worry about it. Just keep dating him, it's a part of growing up for you aswell as for your parents. As long as you don't run away with this guy you should be fine.
