Im 28, 5'5 and weigh only 7 stone. DO YOU SMOKE? I know thats a common question but it does play a big part in your health and growth. I smoke and ive tried alsorts to gain weight. For some people Evening Primrose oil Capsules causes them to gain weight. It doesnt work for me but its something to consider. Have you ever thought about going to a gym. Alot of people see going to the gym as losing weight but if you tell them you would like to gain weight n tone up they can suggest the best training for it. It doesnt help to just eat lots of fatty foods coz that dont help your health. A good diet oof all the correct vits and minerals that you need is a good starter. Always have breakfast and try to have three meals a day. Are you a really active person? Speak to your doctor he/she may also be able to help you.

I had a similar problem when I was your age but with time I descovered that it's much better than being overweight :)
You don't have o get fat but to get fit! Start practicing a nice sport, it will make your hunger raise and your body plump :)
Just wait some time :) you wont regret being slim.
Make it an advantage now try practicing some Free climbing! A great sport and weighting less will help you much more than other people in climbing!

You probably have a very fast metabolism, which means that your body processes the food you eat very fast. By age this will change, you are still very young, and that means you're healthy. Don't change your habits, just eat when you're hungry. Don't eat fast food or junk, because then your metabolism might slow down, and it's very hard to make it work faster after that. So that means that you might gain alot of weight, but it might be unwanted weight, what i mean by that, is that you might get overweight. So just eat when your hungry and stay healthy.

You may never be able to gain like you want to.I am very tall and slim myself.I have tried several times to gain by going on high calorie diets.I tried a health food store product called "Rapid Weight Gain:.It did help, but then I just lost again after I stopped using it.If you aren`t built to be heavy, and your metabolism is high, you may always be thin.

If you continue to live you will eventually gain weight. It is inevitable. Trying to gain weight unnaturally can backfire and have you looking at a fat person in the mirror.
Eat healthy foods, exercize, enjoy your life. You will gain weight normally and you will appear young as you get older. The most important thing is to love yourself as you are and be thankful that you are healthy.

you probably have a really really fast metabolism. just like me...don't worry about it, we're the lucky ones!! we can eat as much as we want without worrying about getting fat and putting on too much extra weight. but i do understand ur concern of being too under weight. i weigh about the same as u, but if u want to try a put on weight try build up some musles, they tend to put on a few kg's! good luck, and be proud u hav a fast metabolism!!!!!!!
