Don't do a diet plan, where you only have like a bar for breakfast and thats it for the rest to dinner. instead WALKING, its the best, works for everyone, watch what you eat, do like an exchange between unhealthy snacks and healthy ones, like change chocolate for carrot sticks, sounds hard but its good in the end. Oh and also, drink a glass of water before every meal, therefore u can get full quicker, never eat because you bored. Exercise redularly, but please dont live off nuts, eat properly but wisely.Good luck (this deserves best answer :)

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. eat healthy +exercise regularly (30min a day, everyday is recommended by health professionals) ;)

eat healthy. eat only when u r hungry. do not skip meals. get exercise. then u should be straight.
