When you win a scholarship..?

does the money go directly to you or the school that you are going to attend?

the money goes straight to the school you are accepted to and they take out the tuition fees and give you the rest to use for books, food ,clothes ,rent ect. but you have to follow the scholarship rules in order to get the money and you have to pursuit the career all the way or the money will be revoked.

My Scholorship went to the Shool and and what was not used up I get back.
