Well, that depends on how you feel about her. Do you love her back, or not. If you do - take it from there. If you don't - talk to her and tell her in a nice way that although you are VERY flattered that she likes you so much, you unfortunately don't feel the same (use a girl as an excuse if you can). Of course, you could be like some Dicks out there and use this poor girls feelings for you to get as much fun out of it as you can, but I hope you are better than those jerks who do that kind of thing. Be kind and treat her like you would want to be treated if the situation were reversed!

It depends how you feel about her.
If she is just a girl you know who says she loves you I would be a little afraid,
But if you have been going out with this girl for a while and you feel like you could love her back then give it ago, its not everyday someone tells you they love you make the most of it and see what happens.

Are you interested? If so invite her out on a date. get to know her. have some fun. Lifes too short to be uptight about things.
If you're not then let her know that you don't feel the same way.
