Avoiding Wheat Gluten Dairy & Egg White would be ok - but avoiding Rice ( which it seems MOST alternatives to the above contain) seems impossible!

ANyone else who has similar intolerances? Advice on where to shop & which products best?

Is there ANY bread that can be made without these ingredients??

If you are in the UK you can get gluten free items prescribed. My daughters friend had a number of food intolerances and she had a lot of her food prescribed (pasta, bread, biscuits etc)...;

My daughter had multiple meals intolerances. We used to use buckwheat (buckwheat is not related to wheat) flour. We made our possess bread, which used to be just a little sticky and heavy, however she appreciated it. We were in Sydney at the time and really well supported. Then we came to UK and it used to be dreadful; we were on our possess. We also used potato flour - you don't mention a drawback with potatoes....
