You can't do anything wrong with a bag. Just remember to put in the 2-tablespoons of flour prior to inserting the turkey. Make sure the turkey is completely washed and ready to go. Stuff it, you can put stuffing around the loose neck skin too. It tastes just as good. I usually cut three medium slits in the bag, center, right and then left equidistant from each other. Be careful when you reach into the oven to remove the bird, those slits allow steaming hot air to exit the bag. At close range it can burn you.
I like to brush the bird with melted butter the last 20 minutes it is in the oven. If you don't have the tie that came with the bag, any grocery,( non-plastic) twist tie. I know the one with the bag is plastic but it is treated.
Good Luck and don't worry, the bag does all the work....you claim all the credit. Happy Thanksgiving

I don't know if the cheesecloth is necessary. I always cook my turkey in a Reynolds Oven bag. I just toss some flour around inside the bag, rub some butter and salt on my turkey, stick it in the oven bag and cook it in the oven. It usually browns very well, stays moist, and tastes great.

Geez, everybody insists that you do work.
get the turkey ready. get the bag ready (opened), put in 2 tablespoons of flour. Shake to dust the inside of the bag (so it won't stick) then put the bird in. Tie it off with air inside. Cut like 2 decent (but small) slits into the bag to vent. The bird is ready for cooking. The end. Just make sure that the bag does not touch to top of the oven IF you have coils on the ceiling of the oven. I once ruined a bag by letting it touch up there. good luck.
