I know that SADS is a condition related to lack of sunlight, ( my brother has it severely) I ocassionally have a few days, when I seem to get it. We've had so many gray days this fall, and it's knocking the socks off me!
Do you ever suffer any symptoms from the extended lack of the sun? If so, in what way?

Depression is usually more severe in some patients during the winter season because it is too cold. Others are advised to places with sunnier climate like Florida or probably the Philippines than being in places where there is snow.
