The weather in the south is really unpredictable. It's hard to tell you if it's going to be hot or cold. Judging by right now I would say mild. Around 35-40 at night and 50-60 during the day. I would take something comfortable with a couple jackets to choose from.

Over the next couple of days, it will be between 63-66 degrees -- so sayth weather.com. Bring a medium jacket and a light jacket -- wool coat not required unless you have thin blood and get cold easily.
Atlanta weather can change at the drop of a dime and SURPRISE it's 80 degrees.
Safe Travels!

Atlanta traffic is usually heavy. But the best time is either late at night or early in the morning and I mean like 4 or 5. At night or really early traffic is almost non existent.

Where are you from and what temps are you used to????
If you're from Mississippi...take a winter coat...if you're from New York...take shorts, flip flops and tee shirts....LOL
I'm from Arkansas and I'd take long sleeve shirts, jeans and a sweater.
