She should lay off jogging during the first trimester but the rest of the time she will be fine. Make sure you have had your first scan and seen that the baby is well attached (around 12 weeks)!

Paula Radcliffe went running every day up to about 6 or 7 months, so I don't think that avoiding jogging before pregnancy will harm your girlfriend (or any potential baby)! Good luck.

If your girlfriend thinks she is pregnant, and she is used to jogging, it still will not hurt her. Jogging is fine until she gets too big to do it comfortably. If she thinks she is pregnant, then a slow-pace run will not hurt her. If she is trying to get pregnant, jogging won't interfere with that.

If you are trying for a baby, there is no harm in exercising - you are encouraged to exercise before and during pregnancy.
Obviously it is not good for her to exercise excessively, to the extent of exhaustion but it is important to excercise whilst you are able to ! If she wants to go jogging whilst trying to conceive, she should try light jogging or walking - if not swimming would probaly be best and it is relaxing.

If jogging or hard and heavy work of any kind prevented pregnancy, there would be no population explosion today. No, nothing of the kind will prevent her becoming pregnant, nor will it endanger her pregnancy. A pregnant woman can do anything she has been accustomed to doing with no fear of harming the baby. (That doesn't apply to smoking or drinking, of course!)

No it can't effect her getting pregnant tell her to hold up her legs after inter course this will help the little tad polls get to their eggs faster and she will be in motherhood quicker but jogging is good for the legs and she needs to keep in shape for the birth.

what part of the dark ages does your girlfriend live in, of course jogging won,t stop her getting pregnant maybe when she is she can consider stopping but again this is no reason to stop when you are just and no more pregnant perhaps its an excuse to stop have you thought of that

The healthier she is before the pregnancy the more chance she has of getting her figure back after the birth.
Plus it also increases you chances of fertility the healthier you are.
Plus Paula Radcliffe was still running marathons up to 4 months pregnant, but I wouldnt recommend that.
