According to Bord Bia (The Irish Food Agency) Irish Knights Irish Country Cream is blended by First Ireland Spirits Co Ltd whose head office is at Mountrath Road, Abbeyleix, Co Laois, Ireland. Their e-mail address is included at the site below.
My searches only brought up European supermarket stockists but they exibited at the WSWA Annual Convention and Trade Show, Orlando, Florida 9-APR-2005. Perhaps you could e-mail them to find out if they got stockists in the US as a result of this.
