you need to cook some pasta on its own. When thats done, whap it in a dish with some tuna, a sauce (the ones in jars are good) then put it in the oven for about 20min (or whatever the jar says) then put lots of cheese on top and put it back in the oven to brown... yum yum!

BAKED TUNA, PASTA AND CHEESE
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 can tuna
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Cook macaroni and drain. Drain tuna fish. Mix macaroni and tuna in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Melt butter, add one of the tablespoons of melted butter to the bread crumbs and mix well. With the rest of the butter put into a saucepan on low heat and add the flour, stirring constantly, then add milk, salt, pepper and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil, boil one minute. Reduce heat and add cheese, stir until melted. Pour cheese sauce over tuna and macaroni, toss to mix. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
HERBED PASTA-TUNA BAKE
8 oz. (2 c.) macaroni shells, cooked and drained
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and chunked
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
3 lb. loosely packed parsley (1 bunch), thick stems removed
2/3 c. coarsely chopped green onions
In greased deep 2-quart baking dish toss shells, tuna and celery. In blender or food processor, process mayonnaise, milk, parsley and green onions until smooth. Pour over tuna mixture; toss to coat. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings.
MICROWAVE TUNA PASTA BAKE
6 strips Creamette lasagna
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 c. chopped fresh or frozen vegetables
1 c. milk
1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can StarKist tuna, drained
Place lasagna in 12 x 7 inch glass baking dish; cover with water and set aside. In 1 quart glass measure, combine onion, oil and flour. Cook on 100% power (high) 1 minute; stir to dissolve flour. Stir in vegetables and milk; cook on 100% power (high) 4 minutes, stirring once. Stir in ReaLemon brand. Combine 1 cup mozzarella, cottage cheese, Parmesan, egg and pepper. Drain lasagna.
In same dish, layer half each lasagna, vegetables, cheese and tuna. Repeat layers; top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. Cover; cook on 100% power (high) 15 minutes or until hot. Let stand 10 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
Microwave ovens vary in wattage and power output. Cooking times may need to be adjusted.

try a nice roasted vegetable pasta instead
roast some chunkily diced courgettes, red onion quarters and cloves of garlic (in their skins) with a drizzle of olive oil for about 20 to 30 mins
add whole cherry tomatoes and chunks of red and yellow peppers, a touch more olive oil and roast for a further 20 to 30 mins
meanwhile cook pasta of choice and heat up 1 or 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
remove roasted veg and pop the garlic out of its skin, mash it and add to tinned tomatos (also add torn, fresh basil)
toss everything together and serve

Make sure that when you drain the tuna, you drain it well. Cover the dish with tinfoil when you bake it.

i always add a packet of ready salted crisps
crush the crisps n put them under the grated cheese
it adds i lil crisp lol try it!
