Now to be quite honest Jesus has never been in my heart but I once had a spanish guy named Jesus in my ****. Does that count? And Ill be damned if I'm going to have an ******** transpant. Go ahead and report me.

The Malay word for "heart" (not the organ) is "hati" which can also mean liver.
So maybe He moves to the liver

as to your question - heart transplant patients do not ''inherit'' someone's love for Jesus (pbuh) ........ they build it themselves
or do i need to define heart first? :)
