which eventually cause my skin to peel/flake off. This can be quite stingy and very unsightly. Any idea what's causing this and how to treat it?

I generally wear socks and trainers all year round as I like in Ireland and we dont get many 'sandal' days !

so do i I'm fed up with it i get little clusters of tiny blisters on my toes i soak my feet in salty water and use hydrocortisone it helps

What kind of footwear and socks do you wear in the winter time that is different from any other season? If it happens only in the winter time I would question your footwear rather than your feet.

My husband used to get blisters and dry feet and such and we got him a product from Cassey Maxwell called Dr. Hunter's Foot Creme, he swears by it and says it works great.

It sounds like your skin is very delicate on the soles of your feet. Maybe you should have a word with your doctor. My advice is keep your soles of your feet soft by putting cream on them everyday or try wearing socks or tights if you dont wear them.

Wet feet. Most likely from sweat. Use powder if that don't work buy a pair of shoes that ventelate(breathe)

Stop fire walking as a means of keeping warm and use the centrally heating instead.
