What? Is that a Musical?

That would be difficult to answer but theoretically life would have continued as Adam and Eve knew it in fellowship with God, and would have been a perfect creation. Since death came in through sin, there would have been no sin, and I think at that point we as humans can't comprehend just what life would be like, since our very nature is sinful. The real sin though, was not Eve's it was Adam's. Eve sinned in ignorance, being fully deceived, but Adam sinned knowingly and it was through him that sin entered into the world. I suppose (theoretically again) that If only Eve sinned, she would have died and been removed and Adam still could have lived in a perfect world, but he would have to do it without Eve, without children, and when he weighed that out he chose to eat the fruit and die with Eve rathe than be alone. (This of course is all just a guess)

God would have had her forced to eat it. It was an absolutely necessary plot device. To write the story of Genesis without any apple eating would have been writing "Murder On The Orient Express" without anybody getting killed. It just would not have made any sense at all.

If she hadn't, we'd all still be living like animals.

Eating that apple was the best thing that ever happened to mankind.
