but I'm sure that my next door neighbor has kids more than saints.

Hi, Hindus regard their holy people as Gods and Saints are not Gods so the Catholic church has the greatest number of bone fide Saints.

Probably a lot fewer, since Hinduism is the oldest extant religion.

I don't know how many Gods the Hindus have
but I am sure we do.
