Years ago when my son was at school he had to make pizza. At the time he didn't like pizza so the teacher suggested he made a sweet one. He used melted chocolate topped with tinned peaches and pears. It worked and he got full marks !

one of my mates ex-girlfs wanted to have a cheese and tomato pizza, but without the tomato, so she ended up having pizza base with cheese. Not sure if the pizza was weird or just her... But for me it was tinned tuna with an egg in the middle

Pizza with baked ziti on the top. Talk about carbs. I think I gained a few pounds just looking at the damn thing.

Experimented once, by making a pizza with a sweet topping of whipped yoghurt, nuts (pistachios, cashew, etc.), and raisins - plus a splash of brown (beet) sugar.
Really tasted great, but then I have a sweet tooth !

Pear and Gorgonzola (cheese) - sounds weird - absolutely delicious - made in a proper rural italian pizza oven - bliss - close to heaven...
YUM!
